Hi all,

I am trying to figure out a way to have pressing a button prompt data entry into an analog numeric object. The analog numeric itself is quite small, so having a bigger area to be able to click to trigger the numeric keypad to popup is necessary. I am converting from an information designer project, and in information designer this was accomplished with the "Inputs Analog" event, so I am looking for a way to obtain similar functionality.

Thank you for your help!

Best Regards,
Alex

Hi Adixon,

There isn't a way to trigger the keyboard to display outside of clicking on the Analog Numeric in iX.

If its possible, you may consider using the space you would have used for the larger button, to increase the size of the analog numeric to make it more accessible.

Best,
Russ
