Remote Support, On-Site Support and iX Training
Whenever you have a question about one of Beijer's products, Beijer provides technicial support free of charge, either via email or over the phone.
From time to time, there are technical issues that come up that are beyond the basics. For example, if you are in a bind and need help with HMI project development, editing and optimization of existing iX projects, configuring communication to a PLC, trouble-shooting a project or deployment, reverse engineering a situation, or if you need a custom iX educational webinar, Beijer is able to help. Beijer will also help you if you have a third-party HMI -- an HMI from another vendor -- that you are trying to integrate; i.e., Mitsubishi E-Series HMI. In some situations, it will require a Beijer Application Engineer to travel to your site to integrate the project into the machine, to help with a start-up, etc. Beijer is willing to do this provided you cover the time and travel expenses.
Beijer offers technical training on its iX Developer HMI software programming product. It offers iX classes at its Salt Lake City training facility on a regular basis (see below). Beijer trainers are able to travel to your location and conduct the classes there.
